Terry Cooper

Cooper Bradbury Associates was founded by Terry with the desire to use his experience to help others. With ten years on the main board of a Public Company, Terry has had direct responsibility for seven diverse businesses in the UK and Europe. These have featured direct sales, telesales, distribution and manufacturing. This was in addition to his role as Managing Director within the Public company core business with a combined turnover of 50 million.

Terry is one of the most experienced business advisors available in the South West and he is passionate about sales and how to maximise profit.


Ian McCendrick

Ian can help your company get its products to market much quicker.
Ian has worked in Information Technology for 22 years, the last five as an IT Director. His key abilities are articulating IT into the business environment, aligning IT to corporate objectives, assuring regulatory compliance, risk management and implementing IT governance. During 22 years Ian has proved time and again that careful strategic application of these abilities radically reduces lead times and costs, both of which are of paramount importance within business.


Melanie Hall

Melanie Hall is a HR Specialist in Recruitment, Selection & Assessment. She is passionate about helping companies make the right decisions when recruiting.

Melanie will help you through any recruitment project, large or small, by designing robust, structured recruitment processes that suit your organisation and your budget. Current legislation makes it essential to be fair and objective in any recruitment process, and the methods Melanie recommends will do that for you.

She can design Competency Frameworks, Job Descriptions, Interview scripts, Assessment Centres and is trained in Psychometric Testing. As well as design of the processes, Melanie can assist at any stage (e.g. CV screening, telephone interviewing, interviews, assessments etc) or facilitate as required.

Melanie can also provide Interview Skills and Assessor training, which will really help you make the right decisions at the end of any process. Being a specialist also means being able to review processes, at a strategic level.

Samantha Robb – McKinlay

Samantha’s background is a powerful combination of performance delivery and people development. With over 20 years experience with High Street Retailers in a variety of roles including ‘Head of People Development’ and ‘HR Business Partner’. Extensively using the coaching skills gained from a three year development programme for internal coaches.

Most recently working with a UK based International Company in an Operations role with responsibility for 130 stores and £120 million turnover.
This experience ensures she is adamant that all solutions must have a positive effect on the bottom line.

Inspirational, creative and solution focused, Samantha’s passions include new music and fast cars, often at the same time.


Linda Griffin
